چکیده
Chemical fertilizers are gradually being replaced with new biological fertilizers, which can improve the soil and microorganisms. In this experiment, leguminous forage (Medicago sativa cv. Beilin 201) was used as research object. By measuring alfalfa root systems properties using high-throughput sequencing technology, we investigated effect of (rhizobial) fertilizer at different concentrations on fertility rhizosphere microbiota in alpine grasslands. The results demonstrated that treatment biofertilizer significantly reduced total nitrogen (TN) organic carbon (TOC) content soils, increased densities, number nodules alfalfa. There were differences response microorganisms to biofertilizer, led pronounced changes microbial community structure. abundance beneficial bacteria such Rhizobium, Arthrobacter, Pseudomonas increased. Pearson correlation analysis showed moisture conductivity positively correlated observed richness (p < 0.05). Meanwhile, Actinobacteria a positive nitrate, TOC, TN 0.01). These indicated biofertilizers enhanced altered grassland.

متن کاملEffects of Short-Term Warming and Altered Precipitation on Soil Microbial Communities in Alpine Grassland of the Tibetan Plateau
Soil microbial communities are influenced by climate change drivers such as warming and altered precipitation. These changes create abiotic stresses, including desiccation and nutrient limitation, which act on microbes. However, our understanding of the responses of microbial communities to co-occurring climate change drivers is limited. We surveyed soil bacterial and fungal diversity and compo...
متن کاملEffects of alfalfa and organic fertilizer on benzo[a]pyrene dissipation in an aged contaminated soil
BACKGROUND A climate-controlled pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of planting alfalfa and applying organic fertilizer on the dissipation of benzo[a]pyrene from an aged contaminated agricultural soil. RESULTS Short-term planting of alfalfa inhibited the dissipation of benzo[a]pyrene from the soil by 8.9%, and organic fertilizer enhanced benzo[a]pyrene removal from the soi...

متن کاملComparison of Soil Microbial Biomass and Enzyme Activities among Three Alpine Grassland Types in Northern Tibet
Soil microbial biomass and enzyme activities have an important influence on nutrient cycling. The temporal variation in soil microbial biomass C, N, and enzyme activities during the growing season were determined under three different alpine grasslands in Northern Tibet. The results showed that soil microbial biomass C, and N contents and enzyme activities of the alpine meadow (AM) and the alpi...
